The health and safety of our clients and employees is our top priority. We have implemented the following guidelines in accordance with the CDC, IDPH and City of Chicago to help ensure a clean and safe environment that you can enjoy your beauty experience again.
As always, if you are feeling ill or have recently come in contact with anyone with COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.
Appointment Only. Please do not enter the salon without an appointment, and arrive only at your scheduled time. Please do not bring additional guests to your appointment.
Masks Required. Please wear a face mask to your appointment and for the duration of your time when you are at the salon.
Physical Distancing. We have incorporated distancing guidelines between all stations and added barriers at the reception desk.
Increased Sanitation. We have instituted new sanitation procedures and extended service times to ensure proper disinfection between each appointment.
Entry Screening. Everyone is required to sanitize upon entry to the salon, you will also be required to participate in a brief health screening before your appointment.
Discontinued Services. We will temporarily discontinue serving beverages at the salon. We will also no longer have a self blow-dry station to use following a color service. Please schedule a blow dry with a stylist if you would like to leave the salon with dry hair.
Contactless Gratuity. You can further minimize contact with Venmo and Zelle gratuity payments sent directly to your stylist or colorist. Download Venmo, or download Zelle today.
Employee Safeguards. All employees will participate in a daily temperature check and health screening before they begin work.
IMPORTANT: If any employee were to test positive for COVID-19, we will temporarily close to disinfect the salon and require all employees to get tested. Once an individual is confirmed negative, they will be allowed to return to work and their schedule will open again.
